Why be shy? When you turn 65 is a once in a life time happening. Why not make the most of it?

This week, thanks to my wife, we have another party and my birthday isn't until next week. The room had been cleaned, no something we do very often. Balloons (above) were set out. Not one but two giant cookies where ready to be eaten. After a great night of running trains, what could be better?

Mose Crews (above) is setting his T5000E before starting work
at Shreveport as the yard master.
Looking back, Mose Crews and I are the only one left from our
original group that first go together at Halloween, so many years ago.

Danny Garland (above) started his session as the Sue City Operator (SCO)

Paul (Tall Paul) Harwellis ready to begin his shift
as the Maryville Operator (MOp).

Jim Willis (above) settles in for
another session as the Alexandria  Yard Master.

Rodeny Dixon (above) is waiting for his assignment to be posted.

Ken Ellison (above) is ready for the mainline.
Ken Ellison was this sessions "Keeper of the Ring".

Lionel Brangham (above) is patiently
awaiting his train assignment.

Charlie DeVillbiss (above) is at work North Park.

Rob Robbins (above) is awaiting a clear signal at East Sherwood.

Marvin Bennett, Jr. (above, foreground) is getting his train in Alexandria
while Jim Willis (above, background) watches his technique.

The Dispatcher for this session was David Colvin (above).
