Each section of rail is to have a connection (drop) that goes through the layout sub-roadbed board.  This will be connected to a LOCAL BUS which will be 14 Gauge Stranded Wire.

For sections which are to be detected, a torroid detector will be placed over the connection from the LOCAL BUS to the MAIN BUS.
