This session was characterized by a lot of activity and fun. One of those sharing this evening was Dillon Stokes who brought another of his fantastic videos. Be sure and catch the unexpected ending of this video.
Switching at Jeauxville
Lets do things a little differently.
Lets take a look at Train 70,
the Tank Train, as it switches Jeauxville.
The track is the same, but some of the industries
are in the process of being moved,
supplemented or occasionally replaced.
Train 70 has just entered the siding at Jeauxville.
The Tank Train looks a little strange.
The Cat Mountain and Santa Fe (CMSF) is being
used as a buffer between the engine crew
and the first tank car.
Here we see the mainline is open and Train 70 is
on the siding getting ready to work.
Here we see a Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF)
locomotive pulling the buffer car and a tank car.
Train 70 has moved into the town of Jeauxville
and is taking a car to John Allen Oil.
John Allen Oil has now switched places with Chornell Cement.
Here we see the locomotive from Train 70 running light
as it does some other switching in Jeauxville.
Before Train 70 can get back together, Train 500,
the Coal Train, moves through Jeauxville on the mainline.
Train 500 is almost through Jeauxville
after which Train 70 will be put back together
and ready to head to NoLaCRA Yard.
The Men of the Sue Line
No, it is not a nudie calender, but it is a GREAT bunch of friends.
Mose Crews (above) is seen working at Dutchman Falls.
Rob Robbins (above) is using
his WiiThrottle to run a train at Maryville.
Charles Kneipp (above) is running
coal train through Brandon.
Danny Garland (above) is using his WiiThrottle
to work BUSY Yard in Shreveport.
