May 29th- small group BIG FUN

Post date: May 28, 2016 2:17:10 PM

As almost every year at this time, graduations, family obligations and other activities effect the group size. This evening was no exception.

Danny Garland (above) was the River Front Yard Master and kept trains flowing on the Sue Line side of operations.

Marvin Bennett, Jr (above) was the Ginnings/Alexandria Yard Master and kept trains moving on the southern end of the railroad.

David Durham (above) did double duty serving as the Maryville Operator (MOP Op) and the Sue City Operator (SCO).

The Sue Line mainline was covered by engineer David Colvin (above) and

engineer Charles Kneipp (above). The management elected to not operate the NoLaCRA side of the railroad due to the size of the group, but a GREAT DEAL OF FUN was had by all...

under the direction of dispatcher Mose Crews (above).

It doesn't take a village to have FUN when you have a railroad like the Sue Line.
