Post date: Oct 27, 2013 5:2:49 PM

Skipper Crews had been a part of the Sue Line crew for many years.  He literally grew up operating on the Sue Line. He moved away, as many do for education, then work. Now Skipper has sons in college and a daughter in high school. Yes, time does fly.

Skipper Crews is the application support manager

at Athens Regional Medical Center, Athens, Georgia.

Let's climb aboard Sue Line GP38 number 3838 at South Morgan and enjoy the ride on Train 128.

Taking control of Train 128, Skipper Crews

soon makes it to the siding at Brandon.

After getting a proceed indication at Brandon,

Train 128 is soon on the east main at Sue City.

As Train 128 get ready to leave Sue City,

a string of tank cars is noted.

Looking ahead, a proceed indication is noted at the

Calvin Family Lines in Robert's Crossing.

Soon Skipper Crews has Train 128 on the siding in Leming.

Train 128 is waiting on the siding in Leming.

A tank sits at Leming Gas.

Train 128 is "working some cars" at Crews Siding.

Here we see cars spotted at Skipper's Place in the E-Branch.

Here we see a train waiting at Ft. Barrow.

The units and the caboose are still pained in

Skipper's Missouri Southern colors

of Blue, Yellow and White.
