Has he does yearly, Snoopy has returned to make his annual inspection tour of the Sue Line. Charlie Brown and Linus have joined Snoopy. Let's tag along and see how it goes...
The special train, thanks to Marvin Bennett, Jr., is about to leave Crew Change.
The special train arrives in Jeauxville.
Here we see Snoopy and the gang in Sherwood.
The special train is crossing Ferne Bridge at
Stone Canyon and headed for North Park.
The special train, with Snoopy, Charlie Brown and Linus,
is leaving North Park and headed for Pinecrest.
The special train is passing a local train as it goes through Pinecrest.
Snoopy and the gang are seen in downtown Maryville.
Near Crews Siding, work on the road stops
as the special train passes nearby.

At Robert's Crossing, the track gang has stopped work as the special train passes.
Even the cows appear to have stopped eating as the special train passes.

Here we see the special train in the woods between Sue City and Robinson.

As the special train leaves the station at Brandon, the inspection tour is nearly complete.
Snoopy, Charlie Brown and Linus appear happy with the progress of the railroad and pledge to return about the same time next year.
BACK TO WORK WITH TRAIN 127----
We first seen Train 127, a northbound local freight, as it is
about to cross Ferne Bridge at Stone Canyon.
